Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sun Enterprises, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer the best quality products and service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and order cancellations can be requested.

1. Order Cancellation Policy
a) Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, please contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number and reason for cancellation.

b) After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or handed over to our logistics partner.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product is received in a damaged, leaked, or defective condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting images and order details must be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, a refund or free replacement will be processed.

b) Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a return pickup and send the correct product at no additional cost, or issue a refund.

c) Non-Returnable Products:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, personal care products (like face wash, body wash, etc.) are non-returnable once opened unless defective.

Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For cancellations or returns not due to our fault, shipping charges will be non-refundable.
